Microsoft India (R and D) Pvt Ltd is urgently looking for partner sales executive in Gurgaon, Haryana. Manage partner solution, cloud sales, & consumption motions in our Corporate Accounts customer segment with our strategic Microsoft solution partners to drive Area/Sub results against revenue, consumption, and key business scorecard targets.

Partner Sales Executive Job Description

Business Planning & Development (10%)

Set measurable goals & establish metrics to confirm areas of investment to drive partner dedication to Microsoft to grow cloud sales & consumption, incl. cloud competency & cloud IURs. Drive usage of Microsoft sales resources & programs such as cloud incentives, BIF/POC funds, product offers, to accelerate sales & improve partner profitability. Facilitate joint planning sessions with the partner & Corporate Account sellers to drive collaboration between Microsoft & partner sales teams across holistic sales cycles

Sales Execution, Sales Orchestration, & Partner Capacity/Capability Development (40%)

Manage insertion of appropriate Microsoft technical & sales resources on key opportunities at the appropriate time to move forward. Drive Area/Sub results against revenue and key business scorecard targets with strategic Microsoft solution partners in Corporate Accounts. Ensure managed partners enter/maintain opportunity sales stage & data accuracy in PSX/CRM in order to track & monitor target attainment & opportunity pipeline velocity through consistent RoBs. Increase Channel presence of Microsoft Cloud based services through the strategic Microsoft solution partners (i.e. 100% Cloud active portfolio)

Managed Partner Cloud Solution Consumption Execution (40%)

Drive Area/Sub results against cloud solution consumption targets with strategic managed Microsoft solution partners in Corporate Accounts. Ensure managed partners execute post-close consumption plan execution with aligned Corporate Accounts customers through consistent RoBs

Performance Management & Self Development (10%)

Provide executive engagement and partner advocacy that leads to world-class partner satisfaction. Define and execute a consistent Rhythm of Business (ROB), (delivered through scheduled meetings, conference calls, or formal communications), to actively review & manage to sales, consumption, & scorecard targets by optimizing marketing, sales, & pipeline management activities with strategic Microsoft solution partners. Execute & deliver on all internal core role training & responsibilities (FRI, expense reports, etc.)

  • Bachelor degree: Required (Computer Science, similar information technology-related discipline or Business Administration);
